Service & Delivery Policy
How bookings are fulfilled after successful payment.
1) Booking Confirmation
After successful payment, your booking is confirmed instantly. Booking details are visible in your dashboard and shared to your registered email.
2) Sample Collection
Sample collection is scheduled as per selected service and location. Timelines can vary by area, sample type, and operational constraints.
3) Testing & Report Delivery
Standard turnaround time is typically 3-7 working days from sample receipt, unless otherwise stated for a specific test. Reports are delivered digitally (PDF) through your account/dashboard.
4) No Physical Shipping
NISAM QC is a service platform. Deliverables are lab services and digital reports; there is no physical product shipping.
