Refund & Cancellation Policy

1) Cancellation Requests

You may request cancellation before sample collection or lab processing starts. To cancel, contact our support team with your Booking ID.

2) Refund Eligibility

• Full/partial refunds may be approved when cancellation is requested before collection/processing.
• Once sample collection is completed or testing has started, booking charges are generally non-refundable.
• Failed or duplicate online payments are automatically reversed/refunded as per banking timelines.

3) Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (via Razorpay) and usually reflect within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
